Overview
MoveDay partnered with the Jacksonville Jaguars to execute a multi-channel campaign built around a stadium presence and supportive advertising. I partnered closely with the client to shape the commercial concept and coordinate the full set of assets required for the partnership.
The work included a broadcast commercial, stadium signage, radio spots, and social media advertising, all designed to function together as a cohesive campaign tied to the Jaguars brand and game-day experience.
My Role
I served as the primary creative and production owner for the MoveDay campaign, guiding the project from initial concept through final delivery.
Primary responsibilities included:
Collaborating directly with the client to pitch the commercial concept and campaign approach
Defining scope and managing budgets across the commercial and supporting campaign assets
Writing and directing the primary television commercial
Overseeing designers responsible for stadium signage and digital ad creative
Coordinating schedules, approvals, and deliverables across multiple formats
Supervising final edits and versioning for broadcast, digital, and social placements
Campaign Scope & Deliverables
The campaign required coordination across several channels, including:
Broadcast television commercial
Stadium signage and in-venue creative
Radio advertising
Social media ads in multiple formats and durations
Each asset was developed to reinforce the campaign message while adapting to the unique constraints and requirements of its placement.
Production & On-Location Execution
The commercial was filmed with a lean crew of six and a small group of actors. I managed all aspects of production planning and execution, including:
Budgeting and scheduling
Location scouting and coordination with Jacksonville Jaguars stadium representatives
On-site direction during the shoot
Managing logistics and approvals before, during, and after production
Close collaboration with stadium partners ensured the production ran smoothly within a live sports environment.
Post-Production & Final Delivery
Following the shoot, I oversaw post-production for the primary commercial and all supporting versions. This included:
Guiding editing and final creative decisions
Ensuring consistency across multiple cut-downs and formats
Preparing deliverables tailored for broadcast, social, and digital use
The result was a cohesive campaign supporting the client’s partnership goals while maintaining creative consistency across channels.
